Tom provides assured and reliable support to our colleagues and clients across our financial services practice area, ensuring the smooth running of assignments for both executive and non-executive searches. He also has a keen interest in technology, systems and processes and plays an important role supporting Warren Partners’ IT and Finance functions.

Tom is one of our longest serving colleagues and is woven into our business. He is an elected member of our employee-owned trust (EOT), where he takes seriously his responsibility for making sure company decisions are made in the interest of all employees and reflective of our culture, values and purpose.

Before joining Warren Partners, Tom spent three years in a customer service capacity with one of the UK’s largest retailers.

Outside of work, Tom is enjoying life as a new father and a keen mountain biker.
